Aman is a Mechanical Engineer and a MBA with specialization in Sales & Marketing. He has served various well reputed organizations during this corporate tenure of over 20 years primarily in the field of Quality Management, Business Consulting and Training.
Over the last two decades, however, Aman has been working towards living a more blissful life. On his journey to understand the purpose of his life and achieve a state of persistent happiness, he slowly started feeling a shift in his thinking patterns, started questioning the reality he was living in and tried to understand the reason behind his and other people’s actions. So after a lot of experimentation & questioning the status quo, reading books, practicing meditation and working on his physical, mental & emotional wellbeing, he has finally reached a stage of Blissful Living.
Blissful Living is about
1. being physically, mentally & emotionally at your best
2. focusing on effective things rather than trying to be efficient
3. dealing with his adversaries with constraint
4. avoiding conflicts
5. inspiring others into actions
6. handling mundane subjects with creativity
7. turning ordinary moments into extraordinary ones
8. enjoying life to the fullest
9. being always present in the moment and happy
10. stretching your boundaries and do things you have never done before
And all this is possible without any revolution but through a gradual and natural way.
Aman is a mechanical engineer, but has spent most of the last 2 decades working to live a more blissful life.
